Hi BP, I'm a new to investing and have read the ultimate guide. I like the buy and hold property strategy, but could also venture into private lending. I'm just staring out, so basically at ground 0, but Im very eager to learn from experts in this community and field. Goal is to buy at least 2per year or have 10 cashflow rental properties within 5. Are there regularly meets in the Orange County area? Appreciate any guidance from community
