Prospective Buy and Hold Investor

I am a recent graduate of Le Moyne College earning a double degree in both Finance and Business Analytics. I currently work full time for International Wire Group as a Data Analyst. I was turned on to real estate investing through a friend in college and hope to purchase my first rental property within the year. I would like to start acquiring passive income as quickly as possible as I believe it will set the foundation of my future. I hope to gain insight from those on this site that are a bit more seasoned in this business than I am.
