I currently own 3 properties, two in Brownsburg and one in Southern Indiana.  All are single family homes.  I am looking to expand up to 10 properties in the next year.  I target 3/2 in the $95-$105K range that can rent for $1000-$1200 per month.  I only buy homes that I would actually live in - quality.  I have found good homes bring good tenants.
