New to this game
What's going on everyone? As the subject says, I'm new to the game but looking forward to picking some brains and spitballing with some knowledgeable folk. Lived in the Louisville area all my life and I'm amped to get going and flip some houses to prep for my finanacial future. I've already been blazing through The Book On Flipping Houses and I love the podcasts. I'm excited and extremely motivated to get this thing going.
