New investor in Pensacola, FL

Whats up everyone? I'm a new real estate investor in Pensacola, FL. I'm currently still active duty military, and my goal is to get my real estate business firmly established in the next four year so that when I get out of the service I don't have to apply for jobs unless I really want to (probably not). I own two rental homes in Arkansas, and my goal is to is to flip or houses to acquire capital to grow my rental portfolio. Very interested in the BRRRR strategy as well. Focused on business strategy, networking, and deal hunting at the moment. Looking forward to getting my first deal under contract and start the rehabbing process. If anyone has any advice or words of wisdom for me, I'm all ears!

@Jeremy Geyer, your goals sound an awful lot like mine.  I am very interested in doing a few flips over the next few years in the Pensacola area in order to learn the business and hopefully build a little bit of capital.  I don't know if the blind leading the blind is the best action plan, but you and I will have to chat offline sometime very soon.
