I moved from the US to the beautiful East Coast of Tasmania to create a meditation centre.  We also purchased a business in town the local post office, which operates like a UPS store would in the States.

I have invested in real estate but have been very gun shy since losing massive amounts of money after the 2008 crash in Las Vegas primarily and new construction deals at the NJ shore.

I'm probably more of the buy and hold mentallyto look for cash flow  now that I'm semi-retired.
