Can Students be as successful in investing
My name is Matin, 20 and I'm a student in Singapore. I'm still new and learning about investing in real estate. I've listen to some of the podcast and videos in Youtube. It helps me to learn a little more about businesses in real estate. There are many ways to invest in real estate but I don't know where to start other than reading more about the business. I have not read the Ultimate Beginners guide to Real Estate but will do so when I'm done typing this post. I have 0 knowledge how real estate in Singapore is and weather if its a good idea to actually do real estate here as Singapore houses tends to be very expensive and there so many strict laws. I'm a full-time student and i do have a part-time job, I have a passion in making wealth but i do not want to keep trading my time for money. I've been working part-time since I was 15 and I realize every time I had to stop working due to exams I would fall short on money. I started working early because i know my parents could not support all 4 children and I'm the eldest in the family so I usually use my own income. I'm a full-time student, would banks loan me money to buy a house? would tenants take me seriously? would property agent find me as a joke and would not want to waste their time helping me? So does that mean i can only can start when i graduate and have a Full-time job? That will take a long time because i still have 3 years to graduate and i need to serve the nation for 2 years. In that 5 years i could potentially build a stable business for a living. I need opinions and help Thank you.
