Hi,

I'm Chad Maxwell from Elyria, Ohio! I work as a Branch Manager for a local bank and have been in banking for almost 14 years. My background in real estate is more on the loan side thanks to my job however I own my own residence. I came to join BiggerPockets after scouring the internet for information on real estate investing. I have a strong desire to be successful in real estate investing, however I need a place to start. I hooked up with a local real estate agent in hopes of searching the local market for great deals but have found that I need help with funding the transactions. I am searching for an investor who can help me start a successful career in real estate. I can't wait to start this journey and am excited about becoming part of the BiggerPockets community!
