Newbie BP Pro member here. My name is Thane Holland (Thane is Scottish, Mom was a Shakespeare nut!)  Thanks to Brandon T for turning me onto BP.  In a nut shell...I'm a Texan that went to HS in WI and college in IA and then spent that last 15 years in China (selling rubber, brass and the occasional gov procurement). Came back 1.5 yrs ago and settled in PA. My daytime gig is buying/liquidating industrial parks and factories. I'd like to get into the Lancaster rental residential market but I'm a tad gun shy. Problem is that I know more about the Chinese market than my own! I'm interested in multi family and as most of you, expanding my portfolio. My biggest weaknesses are evaluating a residential deal and understanding/exercising the tools used to leverage properties in order to expand one's portfolio. In 17603 if anybody wants to grab a glass of wine or a cold one and talk shop, dreams or fishing!
