Hi, I am Jennifer,a full time scientist and buy and hold investor looking to build enough rentals to cover my living expenses in the future.

My husband and I are interested in buying duplexes and small multifamily properties. We have one single family rental so far. 

I am glad to have a real estate outlet to share ideas with like minded people!
