Newer Investor looking partner in MA

Hi BP Community-

I have been following BP for a few months now, reading posts, listening to podcasts, still trying to figure out how this great resource can help get me to take the next step.

I am a full time Realtor and currently have one three family in Quincy, MA(owned and managed for the past 12 years) and am either looking to buy another three family (down payment will come from a cash-out refi of first property) OR find a partner through BP or other sources to buy something larger.
