READY TO LEARN MORE

I am learning as much as I can and would like to purchase my first investment property in the next 6 months. I have run a 4-plex, sold it and then bought and maintained a single family home for over 12 years, but not for profit and I've always wanted to do it. I over-stand that property ownership is one of the major keys to wealth in this world and I feel that I would like to at least try. I'm hoping to learn more about foreclosures and rehabbing property and also plan to buy rental property as well. ANY and all help would be greatly appreciated. Gratitude,

Burgess
