Hello Everybody!

My name is Dean Carlson, I bought my first investment property at the age of 21 and I have been a residential agent since 1997. I finally got bored of residential and decided to focus on what I originally wanted to do... work with more investment properties.

I joined Biggerpockets several months but haven't been on here much because I have been developing a more efficient way for investors to buy and sell investment opportunities. It's finally ready and it ended up being even better than I had imagined. It's perfect for Flippers and Multifamily investors.
