Hey Guys,
I am new to BP forums but have been an avid listener to the podcasts for some time along with reading some suggested tittles. At this time my wife and I have no current experience, with the exception of our current home which is a 2 family. I am in the market for a turn key buy and hold which I will purchase with a traditionally backed mortgage and house hack. We are currently interested in learning more about Newark specifically University Heights, Upper Clinton Hill and Wequahic.

Hey @Omar Cotes - University Heights, Downtown and Ironbound are the places to be - even a little North of downtown. University heights it would have to be something student oriented though, so within walking distance of the schools or closer to downtown. Anything between Norfolk down to Broad, and then from Central to South Orange would *probably* be okay
are you thinking of a 2 family or single fam / condo?
