Just moved to LA & Checking the market to see what's out there. I've been in real estate since 1993. Started as a receptionist in a brokerage in the Silicon Valley & stayed until I became an underwriter & licensed agent. I took time off to take care of my parents health & now I'm back. Looking for wholesalers. I'd prefer to hold onto my liquid reserve. Does anyone have leads on bank notes? My terminology may be off, But I'm willing to learn what's working in the investment world now.
