Hi everyone! I recently gifted a property near Grass Valley prior to my father dying. I had it listed sometime for sale and it recently fell out of escrow so I decided to rent it. I have always been interested in the renting homes but where i live the ROI just isn't very good, however the new property is in a great area. I just started the pre-application process and showings. I originally was going to hire a property manager but opted to do it myself. I am so happy I stumbled upon this site! I've been reading all day.
