Hi everyone,

My name is Mark, and I'm an investment banker in NYC, but am originally from sunny Southern California. My real estate experience is limited to a brief stint at a mortgage broker (pre-crisis), passing the CA salesperson and brokers exams, and a single raw land investment about a decade ago. 

I am very interested in the BRRRR strategy, perhaps starting out doing flips, but need to hone in on a strategy and markets.

I was introduced to BP at a college alumni event (USC Trojan here) when the topic of real estate investing came up in a conversation.
