Looking for change I started asking around, a few people had told to try out flipping houses that there is good money to be had if you're willing to put in the time and effort. That night (the other night) I stopped by a book store on the way home and picked up a few books. I cracked open the first book when I got home and was hooked right away, read the entire book by the next day. I spoke to my friend that following day and told him about the books. He told me about Bigger Pockets and told me to check it out, so after several podcasts and some really good blogs later here I am eager to learn and willing to try.
