Hello:  I am Jay Bhatt, a California Real Estate Broker (CalBRE # 00881877) since 1992 and a Buy and Hold investor in SFRs in CA and AZ.  I am looking to invest in additional SFRs in Southern California and / or Mesa, AZ.

I am hopinv to learn about investing in multifamily units and flipping SFRs.
