Greetings All,

I am a newcomer in Canada/Montreal originating from Poland. I work as a technology consultant specializing in implementing e-commerce systems. I joined BP, since I find it as a huge mine of the information about real estate business/investing. This is something that I hope will help me to get the understanding of the industry before I take my first steps. I am looking to join any groups in my area to build my network.

I it comes to my real experience – none, although I am the owner of one property in Poland - my family house, which my parents live in. Real Estate Goals: Build a portfolio of rental properties generating passive income as well as a property management business. At some point would like to try flipping as well.

Any comments, suggestions or recommendations are more than welcome.
