Hello,

My name is Jerry and I am a new member in the real estate investing group. I am a retired contractor and got bored, so I decided to try something new.  I have bought and sold property over the years and currently have two rental units and one property owner financed. Just closed on a 3,000 sq. ft. home that I am going to make a two unit rental out of it. I am having fun and this keeps me busy as well.  Enjoying learning all about real estate investing. So many areas to explore and meeting a lot interesting people.
