Hello BP Community

My name is Armando Payano I currently live in NYC. I've worked as an agent on multi-family properties mostly 40+ unit buildings in the Bronx ranging from 3-9mm. My wife and I own investment properties in NY and Tampa which all cash flow. Some are REALLY good others not as much. (Wish we would have found BP sooner)

We just accepted an offer on our primary residence (50k over what we thought we could achieve) and will be relocating to Tampa FL. Since one of our units is vacant we've decided to live in it for a few months while we settle in. We plan on becoming full time investors, improving our execution and how to go about investing properly is how we came to find BP.

Our business plan is to add (market/deals permitting) 3 more SFH to our portfolio by 2017 and target 7-10 in 2018. We are looking to invest in below market distressed properties renovate and hold them for long term cash flow. Strengthening our acquisition tactics is currently our focus. Our goal in terms of time is subject to the deals we find and renovation time.

BP is a great community and we have already learned so much in the short time (1 month) we have been here. Glad we found it before we invested further.

Can anyone recommend a good, investor friendly, real estate accountant that can consult us about our short and long term strategy?
