Greetings from Westchester County NY
Greetings all thank you very much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read this post. I was a former real estate agent in New York City I specialized in rentals. My endeavor into the world of real estate at the time wasn't very successful. It's been several years since I was in the game. I got bitten by the real estate book recently after moving to Tarrytown New York and realize that the properties here being swept up left and right. The rental market seems to be one of the most stable for long-term investment and I want to get involved. I'm hoping that by joining bigger pockets I can help find a mentor, locate funding options, and perhaps closer for still within the year.
So, I post this question to you; if I have a lender willing to give me 70% loan to value what are the best ways for me to come up with the other 30% without digging into my savings?
