I'm a newbie to wholesaling real Estate but I've been studying this particular real estate niche for a little over a year now and I feel like I am ready to take action and implement what I've learned so far and see what happens. I'm looking forward to getting to know other wholesalers in the local cincinnati as well as cash buyers who can close deals fast, I'm even open to being mentored and doing a 50/50 split on my first deal with any wholesaler willing to make some money while showing an up and coming wholesaler the ropes. Im Looking forward to networking and hopefully doing some business with other serious investors in the local area soon.
