I'm a Physical therapist from Truckee, CA. I'm currently in the process of qualifying for a FHA loan in which I intend to buy a multi family residence to house hack (In the Truckee/Tahoe area). After I establish a primary residence, I plan on building a portfolio of buy and hold single unit and/or multifamily rental properties in Reno, Sparks, or even Fernley, NV (or elsewhere, depending on where my research takes me). My goal is to reach financial freedom with passive income through my portfolio of buy and hold rental properties. Experience thus far is primarily a lot of research, but action from my end is soon to come!
