Hello, My name is Brewer and I am new to BP. I found the podcast with Brandon and Josh a few weeks ago and I thought that was entertaining and very informative. That led me to the BP site and I am blown away by the info and networking here. I am an IT professional for the last 15 years. My wife and I were gifted a condo and we have that rented. We are using equity from that to purchase our next property or two and would just like to continue on this path of acquiring rental properties in the area. I would like to expand my local contacts and definitely attend some local events. I am hooked on the podcasts and weekly webinars and really plan to continue my REI education on Bigger Pockets.
