Hello everyone. My name is Landon and my wife, Bailey, and I just moved to the Savannah area this year and are really looking forward to growing our new business here. We primarily are looking to buy and flip single family homes while wholesaling on the side to become more familiar with our new surrounding areas (Richmond Hill, Charleston, Atlanta). We would love any advice from people nearby on the hot areas and the stay-away-from areas, along with anyone who would be interested in us sending them investor packets from properties we found and want to wholesale. 

We're really excited to get going here in Georgia and look forward to the relationships we will make on BiggerPockets!!
