Looking for Agents and Wholesalers

Hello my name is Ross and I'm brand new to real estate investing.  I live in the North Dallas area and I'm trying to learn all I can about real estate investing.  I am also currently a new member of Lifestyles unlimited and I'm looking for my first single family rental to get some passive cash flow started.  Trying to take in all the info is a bit overwhelming and I have a lot to learn.  One thing I need to do is start analyzing and evaluating property to get comfortable with the process.  Bigger Pockets seems like a great resource and networking site and I'm very excited to start learning.  Any suggestions on real estate agents or real estate sites in the DFW area or wholesalers dealing with new investors and distressed properties would be much appreciated!
