[Hung Lam]

Hello!

My name is Hung Lam and I'm a novice in the world of real estate investing. Although, my passion and curiosity is second to none. My current focus is on obtaining my first buy-and-hold property with the intention of building a portfolio of rental properties with my brother. We're hungry, we're laser-focused, but, most importantly, we're determined to create a financially and spiritually fruitful future for ourselves and our family.

I, along with my brother, have been listening and reading BP posts for the last several months, doing our own research, reading general/real estate investment books, and meeting incredible people that have guided us along this journey. We're building an A-list team and so far we are VERY happy with the individuals that we've added to our network via relationships we've leverage from our personal and professional network. It's a rewarding experience when you can leverage the knowledge and experience of professionals that have a keen understanding of this industry, but even more so when we can connect said individuals to one another and create a networking ripple-effect.
