Hi guys and gals,

My name is Minh Nguyen and I just graduated in engineering and am working at a firm here. I am very new to real estate and was referred to this site from TD. I owe a great deal to my mother for helping me get where I am today. She gave up a lot and I want to repay her by making sure that she will never have to worry about money ever again.

I've read the book on rental property investing and definitely plan on reading a lot more books. I also attended my first webinar today and it really motivated me to get out there and meet you guys, so I joined "The RING" as you guys call it and am looking forward to meeting other people in the real estate network. I know real estate is not all fun and games and will take a majority of my free time after work and weekends, but I am more than willing to sacrifice and put in work.
