Hey BiggerPockets members,

I am Ian Baggarly from Fort Worth, Texas. I am 22 years old, a Junior at the University of North Texas and a Realtor with Keller Williams. 

I have had my license for less than a year. I know real estate can be very beneficial/lucrative and it really spikes my interest. I had my first closing last month and closing my second in a couple of weeks. But, I really want to dive into wholesaling/investing. 

Please add me and keep in touch. I appreciate ANY suggestions, tips and ANY input.
