First Happy Father's Day to all the other dads out there!  Just want introduce myself and say Hi to all the other investors out there new and experienced.  I'm primarily focused on acquiring rentals, duplex, multifamily.  Haven't been able to find much around Orlando and my immediate area.  If anyone has any suggestions I definitely would appreciate and welcome it.  BP has been an awesome site and taught me so much already!  Thanks and hope to see you all out there soon!
