Hello everyone!

I am new to bigger pockets and real estate and I wanted to introduce myself to the community and connect with as many of you as possible.

I recently graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in business and entrepreneurship and also got my real estate license. I just started working out of Brickell, Miami at a well known brokerage. I also work very closely with a private equity firm. So far I really love real estate and am trying to learn as much as possible.

My situation is as follows:

I recently accepted a full time job offer that will have me moving every 6 months starting in July. I plan on doing real estate investing on the side to generate additional income. The firm I work for has a ton of really good deals in Miami that they are trying to sell to cash investors. My goal is to be able to sell these properties remotely and also invest in my own real estate as well. I am not 100% sure how to do this but I am starting to understand how this is possible.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. If you would like to connect feel free to shoot me a message or reply here. I would love to do business with all of you!

Best,

Michael Diaz

Hello and welcome to BP!   It sounds like you have a good deal.  Try to find something in your new location so you can close on it right after you get there.  You can either wholesale it or do a fix and flip for short term results.   For longer term investment you might want to Buy and a Hold.  It all depends how you are doing and what your goals are.  Who is your Broker and are they flexible towards you?  That will make a big difference on what you can do.

You see I am 59 years old and have a lot of construction experience and a little bit of real estate experience.  I have a bunch I can tell you.  I have only done one investment real for myself.  I had to sell it because of my medical problem. I also went to college and got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  I graduated from there and got my license in 1980.  I have been in the construction business since I was Seventeen including those college years.  If you think I can help you please contact me through BP at any time.  Good luck to you!
