Hi there, just starting out in the wholesale, still can't get it off the ground. I am a motivated person, researching everything and the want not's. I would be interested in pointers or even a mentor that can help in anyway. One down fall in my area is Title Co. and hard cash loans. I found homes but afraid to sign on them because of these issues.
