Hello BP Community!

I've been lurking around BP for a few weeks, reading forums and and blog posts and listening to tons of podcasts as I figure out my real estate focus. All of this has been incredibly educational and empowering!

I'm not totally new to real estate investing. My dad has been in the residential rental market since I was a kid. More recently, without intending to, my husband and I completed two live in flips. In addition, we rehabbed the inside and outside of our current house with the thought of maybe selling to cash out some equity for investing. Maybe that makes 2 and a half??

After listening to Clayton Morris talk about the financial freedom number, I realized real estate is probably the only way I'm going to get to that number in any reasonable amount of time. So, here I am starting to put the plan in to motion!! Looking for duplexes or triplexes on North side of OKC, Midwest City and Shawnee.

I'm looking forward to my first BP lunch meetup this month! Thanks for your time!
