Property Facilitator

Hi, I am a property facilitator operating out of Tauranga in New Zealand.  I am currently working on several projects that are both NZ and USA based. My personal interest is in finding Multi Family properties and I am intending to visit the USA in the next couple of months so as to develop further that knowledge.  Particular areas of interest centre on finding buyers for larger properties (more than 30 units) as well as finding those that we can evaluate and deal with.

I have been working in the NZ dairy industry in recent times and have done a lot of work on rescue packages for farmers with major issues.

I find my work especially interesting and am keen to find others working in similar kinds of situations.
