Hi! I'm a 23 year old college student. I just recently attended Than Merills real estate class in Atlanta. After attending I became really interested in investing. I'm also a swim instructor so I want to stay in the water but I'm also looking for my own financial freedom. I like meeting new people so I'd love a business partner or mentor. We can meet and just talk about the successes and failures of investing and also taking those first steps towards investing. I'm very eager to learn, I don't mind taking risks, and I'm very outgoing. I'd really rather try than to leave myself wondering "what if".. If anyone is willing to reach out and help a young guy obtain their level of success reply and let's get to work!!

They were discounting a 3 day class that I can't attend for $197 that usually goes for $1,197.. but the only thing that would've been useful out of those 3 days is the deal analyzer to help make things easier. I'm interested in wholesaling and flipping.
