Hello Everyone. My name is Niloufar Abedi, and I have recently completed my doctoral program in management. I am a new investor with the ultimate goal to buy and hold multifamily buildings nation wide. I am starting with wholesale and flipping to create the cash flow that would allow me to pursue my ultimate goal. This will not only help me to create the needed finances, but it will also help me to become familiar with the areas that I look for properties. At the present time, I am looking for cash buyers, private lenders. I also very much like to JV with someone who has the experience and financial knowledge to put a deal together. I can contribute in putting the time and looking for the specific type of property my partner would consider purchasing. I am also looking for a broker or agent who would consider making me their unpaid assistance. In return, I will refer them to sellers and buyers that I come across who are in need of working with an agent. Looking forward to connect with you.
