Wholesaler turned flipper in Pittsburgh
Hello everyone My Name is Jordan out of Pittsburgh, Pa. I have been coming to these forums for years and can't express my gratitude enough for the amount you have all helped in me launching my career. I have been wholesaling for over a year now, and just recently I forged a great relationship with a hard money lender and have gotten into the fix and flip market.
Currently I am just waiting to get an accepted offer on a property. I've run all the comps and the scope of work shows that the numbers are rock solid! I'm excited to share more as I progress on my journey, and just wanted to formally introduce myself.
My interests in real estate are wholesaling, marketing, fix and flip, high end flips, Pittsburgh real estate. I have been able to network myself into a great position, and would love to continue to do so on the boards!
