New Member, Milwaukee Area

Hi BP Members,

I graduated college recently and I'm looking to start both my full-time career and my career in REI. My dad and I were looking to start out small and see where it takes us. What we are currently looking at doing is purchasing a condo to rent in order to minimize potential costs. Does anyone have experience doing this in the Milwaukee area?

In the future I would like to become more active in real estate investing and start flipping and/or buying larger multifamily complexes with a partner that is also looking to get into the world of REI.
