Hello Real Estate enthusiasts,

I'm from LA, currently living on Oahu, and selling roofing services for a living. I'm married, no kids, and have a bachelors degree in accounting. I don't own any real estate yet but would love to buy a multifamily property as soon as possible. My first real job out of college was doing financial analysis and project management for a multifamily real estate developer. I ran spreadsheets for and project managed complex deals involving the state of California, a non-profit partner, lender, and tax credit investor. Based on what I've seen, real estate investing is the best vehicle for building deep rooted wealth. I want to learn the game.
