Learning and getting familiar with RE investing

Hi, my name is Iris. I joined the group a couple months ago without introducing myself.  I am a former financial consultant, entrepreneur, and a full time housewife. However, earlier in the year I decided to tap into the Real Estate industry and I was fascinated with all the information that I learned during RE classes. I don't have a RE license yet but I am planning to get one soon.  RE investment still foreign to me but I want to learn more and get experience in this area.  Any recommendations would be appreciated.
