My name is Kyle, and I have been a long time reader on BiggerPockets, but have finally just now joined the site. I am an engineer by trade and I started in real estate in Sacramento in 2010 by buying a fourplex and living in one unit. Since then, I have added additional buy and hold residential properties, and even dipped my toe into the commercial office market.

In late 2015 I relocated to Santa Rosa, CA and I have found this to be a pretty expensive market so far. I am currently interested in several aspects of real estate, from buy and hold residential to commercial opportunities. Specifically, I would also love to explore opportunities in syndication and other lending aspects.

Kyle
