Hi there! New to BP from Southern California

Happy Friday everyone! New to this site, was happy to randomly run across it in my morning browse. Not sure how I've ever missed it. 

So I'm Diane, I've been a realtor since 2010 in the South Riverside County area, specializing in Temecula|Murrieta|Wildomar|Menifee areas and I enjoy it, but feel like something's missing. I've been making major changes in my life over the last couple of years and have come to the point of really trying to figure out...what am I doing with my life? What do I want to do? 

I've been wanting to invest in a business, or start a business, or put money in stocks, etc. But this whole time I hadn't even considered investing in homes....at least not on my own...too scary. haha. Mainly, I didn't want to put my life savings into something that I could really mess up with. Who wants to do that? I found this site while checking out a franchise model and stumbled upon a forum here. I've made the decision to invest this fall (regardless of what I choose), or at least start the ball rolling and I think I may find a lot of great guidance here. 

So hopefully I don't become a pest with all the questions I'll end up having.

My main goal...happiness and happiness is freedom.
