Investor in low income housing in Reading PA
I started in 2010 with a 3-plex and I've since added two single homes to my portfolio. The singles net a better return then the 3-plex so I am concentrating on them. I found that focusing on the mechanics of the buildings up front has reduced vacancies, repair costs, and simplified my life.
