Realtor from South Florida

My is Lorenzo Razz I'm a realtor in the South Florida area(Palm Beach County is My residence). I've been a realtor for over a year and would like to learn whatever I can from investing, flipping, etc. I am a former college athlete(basketball)who loves real estate. I went to college in Arkansas on a Basketball scholarship and came back to South Florida after graduating. I would like to be able to gain as much knowledge as possible and be able to apply it as well as share what I will learn.
