From Miami, FL - Newbie to Maryland and Investment Properties

My husband and I just joined Bigger Pockets to learn how to correctly get started in investment properties; specifically, multifamily units in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

He is a litigator licensed in Florida and soon also able to practice in DC. I have a background in sales and physician network development.

We've begun reading and digesting the Getting Started Guide in addition to the suggested links and podcasts.

Eager to learn the area, meet people we can network with and do our first transaction.
