Hello from Olympia

Hello all, my name is Brandon, I am a soldier and wannabe real estate investor in Olympia, WA. As the son of a general contractor, I grew up watching my father work for many successful investors on flips, rehabs, new construction, etc. As an adult I spent many years building homes for investors and customers before I decided I wanted to keep my knees and back intact and now sit behind a desk working for Uncle Sam. I've been putting off getting involved with REI for a long time, and will hopefully pull the trigger on my first investment property this year. In the meantime, my daily running/workout listening has changed from music to BP podcasts and I relentlessly read the forum here. My hope is to learn as much as I can and connect with like minded individuals. Cheers
