Utah newbie
I am new to the real estate market and biggerpockets. I am looking to gain knowledge to see what area of the market I would like to get involved with. I am in the military and there is a for sure end soon (the next 10 years). I currently have a rental that I was not planning on getting involved in but I would have lost money if I would have sold my house that I had when I was at my last duty station. Know I am so thankful that I did because I have a steady stream of passive income.
