Hello, My name is Mike Clancy and I live near Seattle. I'm in my second year as a Real Estate Broker and am starting up a new real estate investment company rehabbing SFR, and hold and rent properties. There are so many opportunities in this area - I am extremely excited about this new venture. What a great community of like-minded people here at BP!
